New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge

Great hotel- our room was huge! I was so impressed for a NYC hotel. Loved the location close to two subway stations, and lots to walk to. Didn’t love the $30 “destination fee” but you can use it at the bar or coffee place where they do have some hot breakfast foods, coffee, pastries, etc in the morning. The staff at the bar and coffee shop were great- very friendly. Would stay here again when I visit NY!

Location a couple blocks from the Brooklyn Bridge, is a sure way to guarentee those early morning Sunrise pics! And a surprising shorter walk into Brooklyn, gives a vibrant look at the local area! The hotel is stunning and very classy! The rooms are really cozy and plenty of room to stretch out after a long (getting lost in New York in the wonder and the snow) kinda walk. Service is super easy to set up and Staff are more than welcoming and super friendly! 100% recommend the Marriott at the Brooklyn, about 3-4 blocks from the Brooklyn Bridge!

My recent month-long stay here was excellent for several reasons. The location is perfectly situated in the center of Brooklyn’s shopping district, with almost everything accessible within an eight-minute walk. ​The staff is professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive, with the daytime team being a particular highlight. However, the standout of my entire New York experience was Mrs. Janet. As someone working overnight shifts, I truly appreciated how quiet and considerate she was while I rested during the day. ​Mrs. Janet went above and beyond, providing a level of "motherly" care that made me feel like family. She was remarkably proactive—I never had to ask for towels or supplies, and she even helped me organize my room when I was in a rush. Her kindness and attention to detail are the primary reasons I would return to this hotel again and again. Thank you, Mrs. Janet, for making my stay so wonderful.

Stayed here during the NYE and we had a smooth experience from checking in, going to our room (this place is huge), setting up our request like slippers, additional bed sheets and pillows. We got the room that has a living room with pull out bed and a room with two double beds. Enough space for 4 people. The room was nice and clean. The hotel location is accessible to Brooklyn Bridge and the piers. Near Chinatown via train around 15mins, walk is 1hr. Not bad with how much you can see. The breakfast has small menu but still really good. We love the amenities and it fits with what we need for the eventful day.

My brief stay here was great! Conveniently located and the walkability was amazing. Ms. Janet provided amazing housekeeping services and was such a friendly and polite individual with a great spirit . Thank you

Very few things in life can match the Marriott experience. I did find odd getting to the Bistro and finding ONE person alone attending the place. Not the kind of service I expected. Apart from that, reliable, on brand.

This hotel is very clean with top notch service. I grew to enjoy the food at the restaurant with amazing service. The food is fresh and I couldn't wait I was there for over 2 weeks. My room was cleaned everyday. For a hotel close to the airport the convenience was awesome. The view to the airport is welcoming. I wish they had microwaves in the rooms tho.

Nothing terrible but nothing great. Rooms are a bit dated but not bad. Nice to have rental car on site if traveling out of city as ramps to BQE are accessible from the access road. Great location to visit Brooklyn bridge as much less crowded this side, but street noise not to bad nyc standards
